Double room for rent for a couple in 3 x 2 villa in Balga in BALGA, Western Australia for sale

I live with my partner in our 3 x 2 villa. We looking to rent our double room to a mature couple who will want to live for a long term (minimum 3 months). Highly non smoker tenants with their routines and full time work or study. Also who will be responsible to share house chores with us. You will have a bathroom and toilet to yourself. The room has double bed, bedside table, bookshelf and BIR.
The villa is 13kms from CBD, close to IGA and many other shoppings. Mirrabooka square is 7 minutes drive. Also easy excess to Reid and tonkin highway. Many restuarants and parks around.
The rent is $200 a week includes unlimited internet. Utilities i.e. gas, electricity and water will be divided between us 2 couples (roughly $15 to 20 per week per couple ). The rent is to paid fornightly in advance and bond will be for two weeks. The room will be available to move in from 28/02/2016.
