Housemate wanted in BALGA, Western Australia for sale

Hey! I'm looking for a flat mate, live by myself, love the freedom to do as I please, little unintelligent though, to be paying for a 3 b/r place on my own, so will take the chance and see how having a house mate goes...
I'm a positive person, love the outdoors, exercise, healthy lifestyle, the sun and beach! I work Mon-Fri in education, love my job, love my friends, I enjoy socialising and at the same time I like my independence. I like my house to be tidy, I'm respectful, considerate, down to earth and really easy to get a long with. I'm female,28, Maori from NZ.
Why am I going on about myself? Because if I sound like the kind of person you would NOT get a long with, then obviously don't apply :-) I figure you gotta get along with the people your going to live with!
I'm looking for someone who is clean and considerate, non-smoker and doesn't do drugs please. Oh and has a job so you can pay your rent.
So finally, about the house....
I have 1 double bed room available in a 3 b/r 2 story unit
Secure complex, swimming pool and BBQ area.
Location is awesome, NOR - Balga, close to beach (10mins) city (20mins) Warwick Shopping Centre (5mins) and 2 min walk to Fitness First Gym. Approx 25 mins drive to airport. (If you are FIFO I might even drop you off sometimes.)
Don't be put off by the fact it's in Balga, I'm a female, live by myself and feel safe as.
Female or male is okay, would prefer FIFO but will consider anyone.
$180 p/w including rent & utilities for FIFO
If non FIFO, utility bills will be split evenly.
House does not currently have Internet.
Furniture in room can be removed if wanted.
Bond required.
