I'm a 30yr old female who lives in my own 3x2 house in Balga with a Jack Russell. One of the rooms is currently being used as a study and I'm looking to rent out the spare large double bedroom (with own bathroom and toilet).
The property has its own private courtyard and has two separate internal living areas. I own and operate a business with my brother so tend to work long hours. Im an easy going person looking to for someone to share my home, not just be a tenant.
The room comes with a built in robe and drawers and is currently furnished with a queen bed and chest of drawers, however these can be removed if you have your own furniture. Public transport (bus) is a short walk from the house and off street gated parking is available.
Property is the rear home on a triplex block with friendly neighbours. Rent includes all expenses (water, internet, power)
